Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use our website and our service, whatever their circumstances or the technology they use.
Last updated: September 2026
Our aim
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. These guidelines explain how to make websites easier to use for people with disabilities, and they help everyone else too.
What we have done
We have designed the site so that:
- you can move around it and use our forms and calculators with a keyboard
- text and buttons meet colour contrast standards, in both the light and dark look
- pages can be zoomed and still work on small screens
- animation is turned off if your device is set to reduce motion
- form fields have labels, and error messages explain what to fix
- images that carry meaning have text descriptions
How accessible the site is
This statement is based on our own review of the site in September 2026. Some parts may not yet be fully accessible. For example, some decorative animation may still be distracting for some people, and some long pages rely heavily on images.
Tell us about a problem
If you find something on the site hard to use, or you need information in a different format, please email enquiries@verionpartners.com or call +44 (0)20 8335 0044. Tell us the page and what went wrong, and we will get back to you.
Changes to how we work with you
We are happy to adjust how we work so you get the support you need. For example, we can:
- send documents in large print, or in a format that works with your screen reader
- talk by phone, video or in person, whichever is easier for you
- give you more time, or break a meeting into shorter conversations
- include a family member, friend or carer, if you would like us to
- take calls through Relay UK. Dial 18001 then 020 8335 0044 from a textphone or the Relay UK app
If life is difficult right now
Illness, bereavement, a change in income or other life events can affect anyone. If something is making it harder for you to deal with us, please let us know. We will be patient, explain things clearly and adapt how we work. Anything you share is treated in confidence and used only to support you.
Review
We prepared this statement in September 2026 and will review it at least once a year, and whenever we make significant changes to the site.
